This is an excellent, stylish and luxurious villa. It has breathtaking, panoramic ocean views and is in a commanding, elevated hillside position overlooking beautiful Camps Bay beach. The prestigious resort of Camps Bay with its long sandy beach, and excellent selection of restaurants, bars and cafes is just a short walk away.
When they are in season, guests can often sit and watch whales and dolphins from the several terraces around the villa and pool. The neighbouring villa can also be rented for larger groups.

The villa is located in Camps Bay, a trendy, exclusive suburb on the Atlantic coast just a ten-minute drive from downtown Cape Town.
The long, white sandy beach around which the bay curves was the first in Cape Town to be awarded Blue Flag Status. Camps Bay is located behind Table Mountain, nestled between Lions Head and the majestic Twelve Apostles.
The protected position of the bay means that although the ocean is refreshingly cool, it is less windy than other nearby beaches. The main road in Camps Bay is lined with bars, hotels and excellent restaurants overlooking the beach.

Interior:
This superb, extremely spacious villa has been furnished to a very high standard in decorative, African style. It is set on two levels and is exceptionally bright with very large patio doors and skylights.
The patio doors in the living areas fold back completely making the interior and exterior as one space. The generous space in this lovely villa makes it ideal for holiday entertaining, whilst it remains comfortable for small groups.
There are two living rooms, one of which has a split level dining room and from these rooms the proximity of the sea gives the impression that it is lapping under the villa. There is a separate, very well equipped, kitchen. Arrangements can be made for a private, exclusive catering service to cook in or deliver to the villa.
There are five, very comfortable, good sized bedrooms, one of which is in an annexe. The particularly stunning, master bedroom from where you can hear the sounds of the lapping waves is on the first floor. It has patio doors to a sea facing balcony and exquisite, panoramic views. The large, en-suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower.
On this level there are a further two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one of which has patio doors leading onto the balcony, which runs along the front of the villa. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and has the use of a shower room.
A small study with a computer and telephone has been provided for the convenience of guests. The annexe cottage is located next to the villa in the private, gated courtyard and has a separate entrance. It consists of a simple, double bedroom and a bathroom.

Exterior:
There is an attractive wooden sun deck which overlooks the attractive swimming pool and has magnificent views to the ocean. At the front of the villa there is a pretty walled courtyard from where there is access to the one bedroom annexe.
Deck chairs and umbrellas are available for daily rental on the beach. The palm fringed beach and cosmopolitan array of restaurants and cafes give Camps Bay a vibrant "South of France" ambience.
Downtown Cape Town is just a ten-minute drive along the spectacular Kloof Nek road. The spectacular Llandudno, Clifton and Bakoven beaches are also no more than a 5-minute drive from Camps Bay. The very popular V&A Waterfront development is a fifteen-minute drive away and offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, boat and helicopter tours and other attractions.
