This apartment completed late 2007, is located in one of the most recent areas of the resort, and named “Vila da Praia”, facing the sea and the beach. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a three-storied apartment block and offers great views over the beach and the complex including some golf. It has two bedrooms (one twin and one double, en-suite), one bathroom and one shower room. The suite shares a large balcony with the lounge, from which amazing views can be seen. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dish washer, washing/drying machine, and microwave, among others. It has large doors leading to the dinning area. The lounge/dinning area is wide and spacious; it has a fireplace and large doors leading to a balcony, which offers views over the pool, beach and complex. The apartment decoration is sober but attractive.
