This townhouse is part of a private condominium, recently built near Praia da Peralta, at a 5-minute drive from the centre of Lourinhã. This condominium has about 20 townhouses, two swimming pools, one for small children, a tennis court and a nice green area (gardens). It is a very quiet area, which offers spectacular views over the Atlantic, and unforgettable sunsets. Besides Praia da Peralta, another close beach is Praia das Barcas. And at about 10-minutes distance, there is the famous Praia da Areia Branca. This luxury townhouse has basement (private garage with direct access to the house), ground-floor, first floor and attic. In the ground-floor, there is a kitchen, a bathroom and the lounge/dinning area, which gives access to the pools, tennis court and gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the first floor, there are two double bed suites. One of the suites has a balcony with views over the gardens, pools and sea, its en-suite bathroom has a hot tub.
