This townhouse is part of a private condominium, recently built near Praia da Peralta, at a 5-minute drive from the centre of Lourinhã. This condominium has about 20 townhouses, two swimming pools, one for small children, a tennis court and a nice green area (gardens). It is a very quiet area, which offers spectacular views over the Atlantic, and unforgettable sunsets. Besides Praia da Peralta, another close beach is Praia das Barcas. And at about 10-minutes distance, there is the famous Praia da Areia Branca. This luxury townhouse has basement (private garage with direct access to the house), ground-floor, first floor and attic.
