This luxury townhouse has 2 floors. On the 1st floor there is the kitchen and the lounge/dinning areas. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances in a house. The lounge has a modern decoration with bright and warm colours, its furniture is in a modern style as well. This room gives access to two opposite balconies: one facing the golf course and the other offering views over the Burgo gardens and common pool.
